It is a thriving agri-commodity based company started by first generation entrepreneurs who have more than 20 years of corporate experience.

We started with the vision of “Rising Beyond Expectations” in the commodity industry with a mission to utilize the growing potential of the Indian Agri-market and identify prospective import and export feasibilities from and to various International markets vis-à-vis Indian Market. Athena has carved its own niche in the sourcing and supply edible oils with speciality in imports of Crude Sunflower oil.

At Athena, we have adopted the strategy of balancing between demand and supply between the international markets and domestic players. Our strategy remains to treat various markets independently and re-visit our business strategies according to the prevailing scenarios whether they are related to markets, political changes, commercial demands, market players etc.

Athena Tradewinds holds its niche in importing edible oils in India and catering to local market players at various ports in India. We are strategically present at Mumbai, Chennai, Kandla, Kakinada which covers both East Coast and West Coast India.

The company has three portfolios of:

• Importing and selling Edible oils in the local market
• Providing Consultancy to large importers
• Domestic Trading of commodities

Athena continues to expand its footprints on other ports in the coming future. We are already established entity in Edible oils imports and now intend to move toward more value added products in coherence with “Atma-Nirbhar Bharat” theme in the country.
