MR VIVEK PATHAK:
DIRECTOR(TRADING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)
Mr Vivek Pathak is an MBA in International Business and has been a focused and experienced Commodity trader since more than 20 years. He is ex- Director of Delta Wilmar Limited and skilled in Business Planning, Business Strategy and Commodity trading of agri-products including edible oils, oilseeds, pulses, grains and various agri-commodities. He has worked with major agri-commodity trading companies like Ruchi Soya Industries (Indore, India), AndAgro Foods Ltd (Mumbai, India) Adani Wilmar Ltd. (Ahmedabad, India), Delta Wilmar Limited (Odessa, Ukraine), Wilmar International Ltd. (Singapore). All companies are leading agri-business companies and are market leaders in various segments of agri-commodities.
He has hands on experience in managing and running commercial plants for sunoil, soyabean oil, CPO, CP Olein, Rice Bran and Groundnut oil, hedging import risks at various futures exchanges. He has been into trading pulses including Green Peas, Yellow Peas, Kabuli Chick Peas, Dun Peas from Australia, Canada, US &Toor, Moong Beans, Black Matpe, etc. from China & Myanmar.
He has also been involved in setting up of operations in CIS countries and Europe. He holds expatriate experience of 6 years in Ukraine to manage complete manufacturing unit and set up sales and distribution network across various CIS and European countries. He has been taking care of refining and trading of edible oils especially sunflower oil, rapeseed and palm oil in bulk and pack, grains, peas and other oil seeds. Vivek Pathak has been involved in setting up trading and manufacturing operations across CIS countries and Europe.
MR ASHOK PATHAK:
DIRECTOR
Mr Ashok is retired seasoned banker with 35 years of banking history in District Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, Indore which is the Rural and Agri Bank of India. He has worked in various branches and district head offices of District Agricultural and Rural Development Bank. He has expert experience in handling long term financing in agricultural development. He has also handled financing and banking related allied activities related to agriculture including poultries, piggeries, dairies, agricultural equipment and various agri-products
He mentors the company with his expertise in the agri sector banking relations of the company and steering the company towards its path of progress.
MRS PAYAL PATHAK

Mrs Payal holds a Master’s degree in International Business with a demonstrated history of working in the Agri Trading business since past 20 years. She has experience in managing commodity trading business specially Edible Oil, Meal and Pulses with expertise in Business Finance, Working Capital Limits, Projections, Budget, Financial Analysis, Letter of Credits, International LC Financing.
She also holds Experience in Business Planning, Entrepreneurship, New business development apart from handling complete Corporate Law compliances, Secretarial and Legal Functions. She holds expertise in responding to the compliance matters and analyzing the fast-changing regulations with strong professional experience in handling corporate affairs. She provides the entire management and Finance support for the business development strategies of the company.
She has earlier independently handled her IT company to manage her software works and content development for various clients across the globe.
